Simon's back in town!!!

KL functions have been more exciting since Simon is in town! OMG Im just falling in love more and more with Simon! I love his teachings and his words!

NDO was great! EDC Fathiah shared with us on how to improve plans. I have recorded the video and can share with the whole team later. She said we need to put high ecpectations and to have expectation is to have strong goal. Tell the prospect that we are here not to convince them but to look for ambitious people that are looking for opprtunities. Remember we are the interviewer and we are selecting people into our team.

Always also remember to be mindful of what we said as everything will give effect to our subconscious mind.

Tonite, the pacesetter training, Simon taught us to handle onjections and to make good invitations. He said must always practise with upline 10x before calling the prospect. NOT practise with the prospect. We ran through some common onjections like :

1. no time

2. Products too expensive

3. MLM?

4. Not my cup of tea

5. Tried and failed

6. Tried N21 and failed

7. Saturated.

Solutions :

1.Time : Ask Whats your current solution to have more time in the future? or if your boss were ask you to do extra 2 hours overtime and give extra 4000 evry month, wud u do it?

2. Expensive: Do product survey and listen to pv at the follow up. And explain on referrrals, not selling

3. MLM : What is your concern now? show who does the work most earn most

4. Not my cup of tea; ask : is working more than 40 years is your cup of tea? the answer is THE DREAM

5. Tried and failed: promote functions and Team

6. Tried n21 and failed: 4pillars of partnership.

7. Saturated: do the monthly household expenses and see the market share of amway products. very minute and not significant. so, not saturated at all.

other than that, ask apart from all the problems, ask , is there any other concerns? try to find the root problem and we can try help. Promote Functions, CDs books instead of talk talk talk..
